Unlike many DJs, I offer a completely personalised service. By chatting on the phone first, I begin to establish your likes and dislikes, and then prepare a draft music list to send you. This will arrive with one or two of my own mix CDs to help give you a flavour of my style; and I usually suggest coming down to see me play. We can then meet up – at your own place, if you like, which would also allow us to look through your own collection of music. However, I’ve occasionally had to resort to humming tunes.… It’s also a good idea to discuss the demographics of the guest list, and the schedule for the evening’s music. Given my knowledge base, I might be able to suggest one or two possible bands, but this is not always the case. Click here for styles of music played. La Stampa I will be able to discuss the layout of the reception room, how best to arrange the schedule of entertainment, and of course supply any and all equipment necessary (some venues are wired fully for sound already but others are not). |
